Often called the “king of dates”, the Medjool is prized for its generous size, soft flesh and deep, honeyed sweetness. Bite into one and you get flavours of caramel and toffee with a moist, almost fudgy texture.

Our Medjool ripen in the warm Jordan Valley, one of the finest date-growing regions in the world. The long, hot season and mineral-rich soil let the fruit reach its full sweetness naturally, which is exactly why premium Medjool need nothing added at all.

They are harvested and sorted by hand, so every box is consistent in size and quality. What you receive is simply the whole, natural fruit, no refined sugar, no syrups, no unnecessary preservatives. They are grown without the use of pesticides.

How to enjoy

Storage

Keep in a sealed container in a cool, dry place. For longer storage, refrigerate to keep them soft and fresh; they also freeze well for several months.
