Delivery & Logistics

Large orders always ship directly from Jordan. For samples and smaller quantities we offer additional routes, and you can reach us through several channels.

Europe & Switzerland

Large volumes are exported directly from Jordan. Samples and smaller quantities can additionally be dispatched from our Swiss warehouse (murmy GmbH, Rotkreuz). Incoterms and delivery are agreed per order.

Australia & Region

Orders for Australia and the wider region can be handled through our Australian office (Arabesque Group Pty Ltd, Burleigh Heads QLD); large volumes still ship directly from Jordan.

Straight From The Jordan Valley

Our dates come from the Jordan Valley, one of the world’s finest date-growing regions.Our Medjool and Ajwa come from the Jordan Valley; our Balah Barhi is sourced from Egypt for Australia. They are handpicked and hand-sorted, with full traceability from origin to the sealed carton.

They are grown without the use of pesticides. What you receive is whole, natural fruit, no added sugar and nothing needless.

What minimum order quantities apply?

We supply from single cartons for samples and trials up to pallets and full containers. Tell us the volume you have in mind and we will confirm what is possible for your market.

How are customs and shipping handled?

Goods are exported directly from Jordan. For Europe, samples and smaller quantities can also be dispatched from our Swiss warehouse; larger volumes ship from Jordan. For Australia and the wider region, orders are handled through our Australian office. Incoterms are agreed per order.

Which varieties are available for wholesale?

Medjool, Ajwa and Balah Barhi, on their own or as a mixed selection, in bulk or retail-ready packaging. Private label under your own brand is available.
