When you use our contact form, the name, email address and message you enter are sent to us by email so we can answer your enquiry. To route your enquiry to the nearest office, we determine an approximate region from your IP address via the service ipwho.is; the IP address is used only for this lookup and is not stored by us. Depending on the detected region, your message reaches our Swiss office (info@alfreihat.com), our Australian office (contact@alfreihat.com) or both. You also receive a short confirmation email that we have received your enquiry. We use these details only to handle your request.

Server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the date and time of access. This is necessary for the secure and stable operation of the site.

Web fonts (Google Fonts)

This website uses fonts served by Google (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) to display text consistently.
